EGGLESS TIRAMISU

Ingredients
Eggless sponge cake , 6 inch 1
Vanilla Custard powder 4 teaspoons
Milk 1 1/2 cup
Sugar 6 teaspoons
Instant coffee powder 1 tablespoon
Hung curd 4 tablespoons
Whipped cream 3 tablespoons


Method

Slice the cake horizontally into three slices. Mix custard powder in a little cold milk. Heat the remaining milk in a pan, add the custard powder mixture and cook, stirring continuously, till it begins to thicken.Add sugar and stir till it dissolves. Set aside to cool.Heat a cup of water in a pan. Add one teaspoon instant coffee powder and mix. Set aside to cool.Add hung curd to the cooled custard and mix. Add the whipped cream and mix well.Place the base slice of the cake in a glass bowl. Pour some of the coffee decoction over it and let it soak well. Spread some of the custard mixture all over it. Soak the remaining cake slices in the remaining coffee decoction. Place another cake slice over the one in the bowl and spread some of the custard mixture all over it. Cover it with the third cake slice. Pour the remaining custard mixture over it and spread it over the top and the sides of the sandwiched cake.Put the remaining instant coffee powder in a small sieve and sprinkle it all over the top of the tiramisu. Keep it in the refrigerator to set for at least one and a half hours. Serve chilled.



FRUITY BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING

Ingredients

Pear, cubed 1
Mango, cubed 1
Bread 6 slices
Butter 3 tablespoons
Raisins 1/4 cup
Milk 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup
Eggs 4
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Method
Preheat oven to 180 °C/350 °F.Butter the bread slices and cut them in triangles.Put the pear and mango cubes in a baking dish. Spread the bread triangles over the fruits so that they are fully covered. Sprinkle raisins.Heat milk in a pan. Add sugar to the milk and stir till it dissolves but do not let it boil. Break eggs into a bowl and whip. Add the hot milk to the eggs and whip continuously till well mixed. Add vanilla essence and mix. Pour this mixture over the bread and fruits in the baking dish through a sieve.Bake in the preheated oven for forty minutes.Serve hot or cold.

Egg Noodles

Ingredients:
Noodles (plain) - 1 packet
Egg -1
Onion -1
Tomato juice -2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste -1 teaspoon
Pepper powder -1-teaspoon
Chilly powder -1-teaspoon
Garam masala -(hot spice mix) ½ teaspoon
Oil -1 tablespoon
Salt -to taste

Preparation time: - 15 minutes Serves: - 2

Method Of Preparation:

Slice the onion into small pieces and keep it aside. Now take a big pot and pour ½ liter water into it. Bring it to boil. When it is boiling add the noodles to it and then cook for three to five minutes. When the noodles are done remove from lame and drain all the water. Now take a frying pan and heat a little oil in it. When the oil is very hot add the onions and sauté till golden brown. Now add the ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, chilly powder, garam masala and fry briefly. Add the egg and scramble it till all the ingredients blend well with it. Pour in the tomato juice and cook for a minute. Sprinkle salt to taste and then add the noodles. Mix it all up and then remove from flame. Garnish with fried onions and serve.

Cold Coffee

Preparation Time :5 min
Ingredients :

Milk - 2 cups
Honey - 1 tsp
Sugar - 3 tsp
Cream - 2 tbsp
Instant coffee powder - 2 tsp
Vanilla/chocolate ice-cream - 1-cup

Method :

Blend milk, honey, sugar, cream, coffee and ice cream together with ice cubes until well blended.
Pour in tall cocktail glasses. Finish with a scoop of extra ice cream and a dusting of cocoa.

Lemon Chicken

Preparation Time :15 mins
Serves For :3-4

Ingredients :
Chicken - 1 kg
Black pepper powder
Lemon juice
Oil - 1 spoon
Salt - to taste

Method :
Take 1 KG Chicken, cut into medium size pieces, marinate with black pepper powder and tablespoon lemon juice. Marinate for 1-hour at least. Pour 1 spoon of oil in a pressure cooker, put chicken in the pan once oil is heated.Add 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt to taste and close the lid after mixing well.Your chicken would be ready in 2 whistles.
Servet hot with onion salad and mint chutney.

Banana Cake

Ingredients :
Bananas - 3 nos
Milk - 1 cup
Soda powder - 1/2 tsp
Refined flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 spoon

Method of Preparation:

Mix milk, sugar and bananas finely in a vessel. Sieve the soda powder and flour together. Add this to the banana mixture and mix well. Also add the cardamom powder. Transfer the contents into a greased vessel and bake in an oven for 1/2 an hour.
